Before I Introduce You, I Want To Tell You

Imagine a world where we treated each other as if we were just told that person lost their wife, their husband, their son, their daughter.

Imagine how your posture would change, how differently you’d approach that person.

Your head would become your heart, seeing them through love and compassion. With a fresh outlook the moment you heard the devastating news prior to your introduction.

You’d be kind, understanding, calm, loving and attentive. Giving that person your full presence and being. You’d present all of you, meaning it with your whole heart. Being a part of and observing the result of love blossoming within that moment of time. <3

What a beautiful picture of Love’s design! To be given an opportunity to see someone for who they are, where they are, and be granted a moment to speak life into them. While sharing that ordained time and divinely designed space.

Timely advice is lovely, like golden applies in a silver basket. Proverbs 25:11

I have never met a person that doesn’t have a painful story. Not one. Words of love, bring life.

Do not let unwholesome [foul, profane, worthless, vulgar] words ever come out of your mouth, but only such speech as is good for building up others, according to the need and the occasion, so that it will be a blessing to those who hear [you speak]. Ephesians 4:29

Life is time granted. Life is given and people are in it. Respect it. Nurture it. Guide it. Pour into it. Our greatest influence on another is our presence and encouragement.

who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” 2 Corinthians 1:4

The greatest gift we will ever give to another, is our time.
